Evening Prayer: When Faith Feels Small

God never asked for big faith — just honest faith.

🕊️ Prayer of the Day

Lord, tonight my faith feels small — like a spark fighting the wind.
I’m tired of pretending I’m strong when I’m barely holding on.
But You said a mustard seed is enough.
So here’s mine: a trembling, simple trust that You’re still here.
Grow it in the dark. Protect it when doubt whispers louder than hope.
Let tomorrow find me standing not because I’m brave,
but because You carried me again. Amen.

💡 Why This Prayer Matters

Faith isn’t about feeling powerful — it’s about holding on when you don’t.

🪞 Thoughts Before Sleep

Sometimes belief is just breathing and not giving up.
And maybe that’s enough for tonight.
Because the One who waters small faith
never lets it die in the soil.

📖 Bible Story

When Peter’s faith wavered and he began to sink,
Jesus didn’t scold him — He reached out and caught him (Matthew 14:30–31).
Faith doesn’t have to be perfect to be powerful.
