Heavenly Father,
You know what I carry that I have never told anyone. The fears I smile through. The grief I manage carefully so I don't overwhelm the people I love. The longing I have learned to quiet because no one seems to understand it.
Thank You for seeing what is hidden. Thank You that I don't have to perform for You or explain myself — You already know, and You love me anyway. Tonight I give You the weight that no one else has seen. I don't have to manage it with You. I just have to come. And I am here. In Jesus' name, Amen.
