Dear Friend,

When everything feels like too much — too fast, too loud, too heavy — pause.

God never asked you to hold the world together. That’s His job.

This prayer is your reminder that even now, peace is possible.

Take a breath. You’re not alone in this.

🕊️ Prayer of the Day

Heavenly Father,

I’m overwhelmed.

My mind is loud, my heart is tired, and I don’t know what to let go of first.

But I know I don’t have to hold it all.

Lead me to the rock that is higher than I.

Lift me above the noise, above the fear, above the urgency.

I release the pressure to have it all figured out.

I surrender the weight of what I can’t fix.

Help me sort what matters and silence what doesn’t.

Help me breathe again — slowly, deeply, freely.

Let Your peace interrupt my panic.

Let Your presence ground my spirit.

I don’t need to do everything — I just need to be held by You.

In Jesus’ name,

Amen.
