Heavenly Father,
You know the prayer I've almost stopped praying. The one I used to bring with urgency and now bring quietly, almost afraid to hope too loudly. The one I've prayed so long that I've started to wonder if You're listening or if it's the wrong prayer altogether.
I bring it to You again today — honestly, without the performance of great faith. I don't need to dress it up. You know what's in it and You know why it matters to me. I trust that it has not gone unheard. Give me the grace to keep bringing it to You even when the answer is delayed. And help me trust Your answer, whatever it is. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Persistent prayer is not about convincing God — it is about staying close to Him in the middle of our longing. Jesus told us to pray and not give up. The practice of returning to God with the same need is itself an act of trust.
