Dear Friend,

If you’ve been carrying shame, regret, or the quiet fear that you’re not enough…

please hear this: God never stopped seeing your worth.

This prayer is for the moments you feel small, unseen, or undeserving.

Let it remind you of the truth: you were chosen, not by accident — but with love.

Heavenly Father,

Sometimes I struggle to believe that I’m worthy of love, purpose, or forgiveness.

I see the mistakes, the missed chances, the mess.

But You see something more — something sacred.

You don’t ask me to be perfect. You just ask me to come.

Help me lay down shame and self-condemnation.

Help me believe that I am who You say I am:

Loved. Forgiven. Known. Chosen.

I may not feel worthy, but I’m Yours — and that changes everything.

Amen.

Because feeling unworthy keeps you from receiving the very things you need most — love, healing, and peace.

But God doesn’t wait until you feel "good enough."

He already claimed you as His.

This prayer breaks agreement with shame and replaces it with truth:

You are engraved on His hands.

You are the evidence of God’s grace — living, breathing, still becoming.

And that is more than enough.
