Rest Without Guilt
Dear friend,
You are allowed to be tired. You are allowed to slow down. Your worth does not disappear when your productivity does. God loves you while you are working, and He loves you just as deeply when all you can do is rest.

Heavenly Father, release me from the guilt I feel when I slow down. Teach me to honor the limits You gave me and recognize rest as part of Your care. Quiet the voice telling me I must constantly prove my worth. Let me simply rest beside You today.
