Dear friend,
Disappointment can make hope feel dangerous. Your heart may whisper, “Don’t expect too much.” But God can gently teach you to hope again without pretending the past never hurt.

Heavenly Father,heal the part of me that is afraid to hope. I don’t want yesterday’s disappointment to close my heart to tomorrow’s goodness. Give me gentle courage to believe that beautiful things can still happen.
