He Understands
Dear heart,
Sometimes there are no words. There is only a heavy feeling, a deep breath, or tears you cannot explain. God understands those prayers too. You never need the perfect sentence to reach His heart.

Heavenly Father, You know what I cannot put into words. Hear the prayer hidden beneath my silence. Hold everything I don’t know how to explain and let Your presence remind me that being understood does not always require speaking.
