He Knows
Dear heart,
You may smile while carrying something nobody sees. You may tell everyone you’re okay while quietly asking God for strength. He knows. You never have to pretend with Him.

Heavenly Father, thank You for knowing what lives beneath my words. Meet me in the places I keep hidden from everyone else. Comfort what hurts, strengthen what feels tired, and remind me that I am completely safe in Your presence.
