Dear heart,
You don’t have to rush through sadness. God isn’t standing at the finish line demanding that you heal faster. He sits beside you in the middle of it, offering comfort until your heart slowly remembers how to breathe again.

Heavenly Father,stay close while my heart heals. Don’t let me rush what needs tenderness. Comfort me in the moments when sadness returns, and slowly replace heaviness with the quiet assurance that I am loved, held, and never alone.
