Dear heart,
You have carried enough for today. You don’t have to solve everything tonight. You don’t have to pretend you aren’t tired. God is strong enough to hold both you and everything you cannot carry anymore.

Heavenly Father, I am tired of carrying everything alone. Let me lean into Your strength. Hold the worries I cannot solve and the burdens I cannot change. Tonight, let my heart simply rest and be loved by You.
