Let Him Hold
Dear heart,
You have protected yourself for so long. But with God, you don’t have to hide the fragile places. You can bring Him every fear, every disappointment, and every tear. His hands know how to hold your heart without hurting it.

Heavenly Father, I give You the parts of my heart I have been afraid to uncover. Hold them gently. Heal what still hurts and remind me that I am safe in Your presence. Teach me to trust Your tenderness more each day.
