Lord,tonight I bring my family to You.
You know every concern I carry for them.
The conversations I wish were easier.
The situations I cannot fix.
The people I wish I could protect.
Please bring peace into our home and tenderness into our relationships.
Heal misunderstandings that have created distance.
Give wisdom where difficult decisions must be made.
Protect those I love in ways I cannot.
And help me remember that I am one person, not the savior of everyone I care about.
Tonight, I place my family beneath Your loving care and allow myself to rest.
