Lord, my cup is empty.
My heart is tired.
My thoughts are loud.
And my strength is thin.
So I ask You to refill me gently, intentionally, completely.
Pour back what the world has pulled out.
Quiet what exhaustion has shaken loose.
Hold me upright where weariness has folded me.
I’m not asking for more tasks —
I’m asking for more of You.
Be my portion, my peace, my strength again. Amen.
