Lord,

I’m tired of being “the strong one.”
Tired of acting like everything is fine.
Tired of showing up for others when I barely feel present for myself.
Give me permission to rest without guilt.
Give me space to feel without apologizing.
Hold me like someone who doesn’t expect anything from me.
Restore the strength that today drained.
Let me remember that even endurance needs care,
and even courage needs comfort.
Give my soul a soft landing tonight.
