Lord,
today has tangled my heart.

and what part is exhaustion, fear, or old wounds speaking again.
Untangle me gently.
Help me see what matters and what doesn’t.
Show me which emotions need attention,
and which ones simply need to pass.
Reveal the truth beneath everything I’m holding.
Give me peace in the places where I’m confused,
and clarity in the places where I’m stubborn.
Let my heart rest from carrying too much.
