Evening Prayer: Healing the Heart

Some wounds heal when touched by truth, not time.

🕊️ Prayer of the Day

Lord, You see the cracks I hide behind laughter and strength.
Touch the memories that still sting.
Pour Your love into the sore places I’ve learned to ignore.
Help me forgive what hurt me — not because it was right,
but because I’m done letting it control me.
Give me courage to feel again without fear,
to trust again without proof,
to love again without armor. Amen.

💡 Why This Prayer Matters

Healing isn’t forgetting what happened — it’s letting love rewrite how it lives inside you.

🪞 Thoughts Before Sleep

Pain changes shape when you stop fighting it and let God breathe through it.
Tonight I stop pretending I’m fine.
I allow grace to stitch the pieces back together — slowly, honestly, permanently.

📖 Bible Story

The bleeding woman reached for Jesus’ cloak,
and her pain — twelve years old — stopped instantly (Mark 5:25–34).
Healing begins with the reach.
