Heavenly Father,
Grant me the strength to lead with wisdom and the grace to act with compassion.
Let not my authority become harshness, nor my kindness be seen as weakness.
I, {insert your name}, seek Thy guidance in every decision I make.
Show me Thy path.
Teach me to speak with both truth and love.
Help me to stand firm without losing tenderness, and to correct without breaking the spirit.
Let my influence be a reflection of Thy grace and truth.
